New Club Incentive:   

If any club member provides a new club lead (by personal introduction) to any district officer, helps move the process along, and the club is chartered in the 2011 - 2012 term, that member will receive a free registration to 1 District Conference in the 2011-2012 term. This incentive is not open to any current District Officer, elected or appointed.

Early Achiever Award:

Club presidents of clubs achieving Presidents Distinguished status by April 30th will be invited to a special lunch with the District Trio at the Spring Conference or another weekend in the month of June.

Overachiever Club Award: 

Clubs that double their DCP education and membership goals by June 30th 2012 will be recognized with a special ribbon and a special gift from the District Governor. Double DCP achievement means 8 CCs, 4 ACs, 4 CL, AL, DTM and 16 new members. 

Quality Club Award:

To qualify for this award, a club must have at least 25 members by June 30th 2012, gain at least 8 new members and have a net gain of at least 5 members. This incentive will honor clubs that have implemented the QM=QC club success formula resulting in a good retention and guest conversion ratio. A ribbon will be awarded to these clubs with a $30 Toastmasters International gift Certificate. 

Club Improvement Award:

To qualify for this award, a club must start the year with a member base of 12 or less, gain at least 8 new members and have a net gain of at least 5 members by June 30th 2012. This incentive will honor clubs that have implemented the QM=QC club success formula resulting in a good retention and guest conversion ratio. A ribbon will be awarded to these clubs. Note, these clubs DO NOT have to end at charter strength to achieve this award.

The Top Ten Clubs  With the  Most Educational Designations between November 1st and December 31st will receive $30 in Bookstore Bucks at the January 14, 2012 TLI held at the Loudermilk Center.

• A $25.00 gift certificate will go to the club if the club achieves goals 1, 3 & 5 by October 31,2011.

Goal 2, 4 & 6 Club Incentive:

• Another $25.00 gift certificate will go to the club if the club achieves goals 2, 4 and 6 by March 31st, 2012.

Others:

• Club of the Month Award goes to the club that turns in the most educational awards. The club will win a $25.00 gift certificate for the TI catalog.
• High 5 CL Award goes to each club that gets 5 CL's. The club will win $25.00 gift certificate for TI catalog.
• Triple Crown Award-- a list of members who have earned at least three educational awards in the current year (by from July 1, 2011- March 31, 2012). Also includes a list of any member education awards that aren't counted in the distinguished club/area/district programs. Each person that earns the Triple Crown Award will receive a trophy at the Spring Conference.
• If a Toastmaster earns five or more educational awards he/she will receive the SUPER ACHIEVER AWARD for that accomplishment.

Membership Contests:

Can your club add five new, dual, or reinstated members between the dates indicated below? By doing so you'll qualify to receive a "Smedley Award" ribbon to display on your club's banner. Membership applications and payment for members who join between 1st  and 30th of the membership contest period must be received at World Headquarters or online no later than the 30th of the ending month. Each member's join date as listed on the application must be no later than September. Transfer and charter members do not count for credit. In addition to the ribbon, qualifying clubs will also earn a special discount code for 10% off their next club order. Discount code expires six months from date of issue and is not valid with any other offer.

Lt Governor Marketing Incentive Contests:

• Clubs completing TI Early Bird on-line renewals for 6 members will be entitled to a club recognition certificate at conference.
• The first 50 clubs completing on-line renewal for 20 or more members will be entitled to Bookstore Dollars valued at $25.00, a club banner ribbon and recognition on the district website.
• Clubs completing on-line renewals for 6 members by October 8th will be entitled to a club recognition certificate and banner ribbon.
• The first 25 clubs completing on-line renewal for 15-20 or more members by October 8th will be entitled to Bookstore Dollars valued at $25.00, a club recognition certificate, banner ribbon and recognition on the district website.

• Corporate Club - Testimonial Video Contest: Clubs can send in a 1-2 minute video via youtube or any oneline file sharing link featuring their company executive presenting a testimonial about how Toastmasters program helps their employees.  "ONE OF ONE THOUSAND CHALLENGE"

To honor our supporters for License Plate Project, District 14 will give special recognition once we get our 1000 commitments:

1. Those who pre-ordered and pre-paid for the License Plate will receive a special license plate lapel pin to recognize them as District 14 supporters

2. Club Contests: The first 10 Clubs with most members ordering the license plates will receive a special award from the District --Minimum 10 members per club need to order to qualify.

3. Area Contests: Area Governor of which his/her area pre-ordered most license plates will receive an award.
