I expect Toastmasters year 2011-2012 to a very productive year for all of District 14 Toastmasters. There is so much we can do that will take our personal development to another level. Let this year be a year where you learn something that you did not know last year. Let's have a paradigm shift and take a personal responsibility on how you want to end your year. Do you want to progress or stay parked on the side of the road? Do you know what your role will be this year? Do something different this year and step out of your comfort zone. The seed is within you. Plant that seed in a place outside of your comfort zone and watch the growth in you. We are part of the best organization in the world. We have one of the best opportunities in the world to improve.
