Members are encouraged to consider a simple savings option where you can use your Toastmasters Club Bank Account to "Bank" your "Renewal Dues" This easy savings plan will give any member an opportunity to pay the $36 upfront or make a minimum deposit every meeting over February through March Dues Renewal Campaign.

In addition to having paid members, this savings plan will help clubs submit renewal dues payments for 100% of their membership base and achieve DCP CREDIT by submitting dues payments on/or before April 10th.

Online Dues Renewal Process:

• Club officers simply log in to www.toastmasters.org/login.aspx.
• Just enter your user name and personal password (a club password is no longer required).The deadline for this renewal period is April 10, 2012.
• Once logged in, click on Members site (top left of page)
• Click on the Club Central link (middle left of page)
• Click on the club name and number that you are paying dues for (middle of page)
• Under Conduct Club Business, click on Pay dues for my club members (center of page)

Some important notes regarding membership payment processing:

• There must be a minimum of six members paying dues and three must be renewing.
• We do not suggest submitting renewals by email because it is not secure.  
• If paying by check, you can print the list with the renewing members indicated and mail it, along with payment, to Toastmasters International. Checks must be made payable to Toastmasters International.

With more than 13,000 clubs paying dues online, we encourage you to pay early and avoid any system slowness due to heavy activities.
